Our Return Guidelines

Because every item purchased from Rally Frinds is custom-made to order based on your unique design, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Personalized Items

• Due to the nature of custom print-on-demand products, items personalized with your images, names, or designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
• Please carefully review our sizing charts and your design preview before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if the print quality is significantly flawed, we will replace it free of charge.
• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• To file a claim, please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Lost in Transit

• For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
